우리EMS119에게 아래와 같은 일정으로 인력 배치를 요청합니다.

Woori119EMS (우리119EMS) is booked to be onsite for:

• 2024년 10월 19일 토요일 // 08시부터 20시까지
• Saturday 19th October 2024 // 0800 – 2000 hours

현장에 도착하시면 김희우 담당자에게 도착을 알려주시고, 김희우 담당자의 확인 후 배치 받으신 위치로 이동합니다.

They will inform the Assistant Event Director Heewoo when they arrive on-site and will not be stood down until this has been confirmed by the same.

행사장에 도착하시면, 3홀의 출입구만 이용가능 합니다. 3홀 앞 복도에 위치해 있는 하이록스의 안내 및 등록 데스트에서 보라색 입장 팔찌를 배부 받으신 후 입장 가능합니다

Access to the race venue is via the front entrance and then through hall 3 entrance. When first arriving please go to the HYROX Customer Support desk located in the foyer area at 8am to receive your purple staff event wristbands which will grant you access to the venue

레이스 운영 중 응급 대응을 위한 주요 통신 수단은 개인 무전기입니다; 채널 1

무전기와 이어피스는 의료팀이 도착 시 지급되며, 레이스 운영 동안 항상 모니터링해야 합니다. 의료팀 각 구성원은 자신의 무전기와 이어피스를 사용해야 합니다.

HYROX 팀은 의료 지원이 필요할 경우, 무전 메시지를 ‘의료팀, 의료팀, 의료팀’으로 시작한 후 자신의 위치를 알려줄 것입니다.

HYROX의 이벤트 디렉터 팀도 채널 1을 모니터링하며, 필요에 따라 운영 지원을 제공합니다.

레이스 운영 전후 및 운영 중의 일반적이고 비응급 상황의 커뮤니케이션은 전용 WhatsApp 그룹을 통해 이루어집니다. 의료팀은 아래 QR 코드를 사용하여 의료 WhatsApp 그룹에 가입해야 합니다.

The primary means of communicating for emergency response during race operations is via Personal radios; Channel 1

The radios and ear-pieces will be issued upon arrival of the Medical Team and are to be monitored at all times during race operations. Each member of the Medical Team is to have their own radio and ear-piece.

The HYROX team will be briefed that, in the event of their requiring Medical support, they will start the radio message with, “Medical, Medical, Medical” followed by their location.

The Event Director team from HYROX will be monitoring Channel 1 and will also respond to add operational support, as required.

For general, non-emergency communications in the lead up to, and during race operations, is via a dedicated WhatsApp group. The Medical Team should join the Medical WhatsApp group using the QR code below

이번 행사에서 의료팀의 운영 목적 및 방침은 다음과 같습니다.

• 모든 HYROX 참가자, 스태프, 관중 들에게 의료 지원을 제공하는 것.
• RoxZone(운동 스테이션)과 관중 구역 사이에 의료팀을 배치하는 것.
• 환자의 사생활 보호를 위해 전용 의료실을 구비하는 것.
• 의료 구역 또는 의무실에서 의료 지원을 제공하며, 가능한 한 현장에서 치료를 하거나 적절한 경로를 통해 2차 의료 기관으로 이송할 수 있도록 하는 것
• 환자가 걷기 어려운 경우, 현장의 의무실(혹은 필요 시 외부 병원)로 이송하는 것.
• 모든 의료 활동을 기록/수집하고, 모든 의료진과 HYROX 직원의 법적 책임을 최적으로 보호하는 것.

The intentions of the Medical Team at this event is:

• To provide medical cover for all HYROX participants, crew and spectators
• To provide a static medical point located between the RoxZone and Spectator Area
• To have a dedicated medical room for privacy and confidentiality of patients

• To provide medical cover at the medical zone and medical room to ensure that, where possible, patients are treated on scene or referred to appropriate secondary care via appropriate pathways

• To ensure that, where appropriate, a patient unable to walk can be transported from their location to on-site medical facilities (or, if required, off-site hospitals
• To record all medical treatments appropriately so that statistics can be compiled, and the legal interests of all medical and HYROX staff are best protected

참고: 환자가 병원으로 이송되어야 하는 경우, 현장에서 가장 높은 직급의 임상 의료진(응급 구조사)이 환자가 구급차를 통해 이송될지 또는 가족이나 친구와 함께 차량으로 이동할지 결정하게 됩니다.

Note: If a patient needs to be transported to a hospital it will be up to the most senior clinician (paramedic) on-site to decide if the patient is going to be transported via ambulance or another means such as with family/friends in a car.

다음 인력은 우리119EMS(우리119EMS)에서 제공됩니다:

• 등록된 응급 구조사 8명
• 응급처치 응답자 2명

이들은 각각 3-4명의 응급 구조사와 1명의 응급처치 응답자로 구성된 3개 팀으로 운영됩니다.

• 2개 팀은 응급처치 구역에 배치
• 1개 팀은 레이스 홀 내부에서 순찰

이들은 다음 장비를 갖추고 도착할 것입니다:

• 응급처치 및 의료 가방
• 의약품
• 제세동기
• 들것 (접이식 침대 포함 3종)
• 인공호흡기
• 기도 삽관 세트
• 혈압 측정기
• 부목
• 정맥주사백

이 장비는 가장 상급 의료 기술자가 적절하다고 판단하는 대로 팀 내에 배치될 것입니다.

The following personnel will be provided by Woori119EMS (우리119EMS):

• 8 x Registered Paramedics
• 2 x First Aid Responder Medics

They are to operate in 3 teams, each comprising 3 – 4 paramedics and a first aid responder medic.

• 2 x stationed at the First Aid stations
• 1 x roving within the race hall

They will come equipped with the following:

• First aid & medical bag
• Medications
• Defibrillator
• Stretcher (3 kinds of, including folding bed)
• Ventilator
• Airway intubation set
• Blood pressure gauge
• Splints
• IV drip bags

This equipment will be deployed within the teams as deemed appropriate by the most senior medical technician.

의료팀은 아래 도면에 따라 2,3,4번 홀에서 레이스 장소 내에서 의료 지원을 제공합니다.

응급처치 구역 : 기본적인 환자 치료를 위한 의자와 공간이 마련된 전용 구역이며, 모든 구역 옆에는 에어간판을 설치하여 눈에 잘 띌 수 있도록 하였습니다.

• 레이스장 내 : RoxZone(운동 스테이션)과 관중 구역을 연결한 지점에 배치.
• 관중 구역 : 피니쉬(도착) 스테이지 및 교차점 근처에 위치하며 홀 반대편에서 발생하는 부상의 경우 피니쉬(도착) 스테이지 쪽에서 신속히 접근 가능.

의료실 : 행사 도면에서 확인 하실 수 있듯이 로비 근처에 환자의 추가 처치 혹은 구급차 긴급 출동을 위한 전용 의료실이 마련되어 있습니다.

The Medical Team will provide cover within the race venue – with halls 2, 3 and 4 as per the below floor plan.

First Aid Zone: There is 1 dedicated First Aid Zone located within the race venue for c/w seating & space for basic patient treatment and triage as well as 1 First Aid Zone within the spectator zone. The zone within the race venue is deliberately connected to both the RoxZone and Spectator Area. It is marked with highly visible inflatable towers and should be staffed at all times. The First Aid Zone located in the spectator zone is close to the finishing stage and crossing area on the other side of the hall enabling quick access to the finishing stage and injuries on the other side of the hall.

Medical Room: There is also a dedicated Medical Room for extended patient treatment and/or ambulance escalations located close to the foyer area as per the below floor plan.

필요한 경우, 우리119EMS(우리119EMS)는 자체 구급차를 사용하여 환자를 병원으로 이송할 것입니다.

그 후 우리119EMS(우리119EMS)는 즉시 이벤트 디렉터에게 (PR – 채널 1을 통해) 보고해야 합니다.

If required,  Woori119EMS (우리119EMS) will take patients to the hospital for further care using their own ambulances.

Woori119EMS (우리119EMS) should then immediately advise the Event Director (via PR – Channel 1)

모든 환자 응대는 반드시 이벤트 기록지에 작성하며, 처치가 이루어진 경우에는 환자 보고서 양식에 따라 기록합니다. 우리119EMS팀은 이벤트 기록지와 환자 보고서 양식의 사용권한을 갖습니다.

환자 보고서 양식에는 다음과 같은 정보가 포함됩니다:

• 환자 이름
• 환자 생년월일
• 부상 내용
• 처치 방법 및 치료 내용
• 결과(환자가 레이스에 복귀할 경우 반드시 명시해야 합니다.)
• 이송된 경우 이송된 병원 이름 혹은 다른 의료진에서 인계된 내용

모든 의료 기록은 환자의 사생활 보호법에 따라 보관되어야 하며, 공식적인 요청이 있을 시 HYROX 이벤트 디렉터에서 제공할 수 있습니다.

Every patient contact MUST be recorded on the event log and any patient treatment must be recorded on a Patient Report Form. All Woori119EMS (우리119EMS) will have access to the event log and Patient Report Forms.

Every Patient Report Form will have:

• Patients name
• Date of birth
• Details of injury
• Details of treatment
• Outcome (if they return to the event this must be stated)
• Destination – if transported – or handed over to another medical provider

All clinical data must be retained and available to the HYROX Event Director should a formal request be made and in line with patient confidentiality requirements.

우리119EMS는 행사 당일 발생한 모든 의료 폐기물을 행사 종료 후 자체적으로 처리해야 합니다.

Woori119EMS (우리119EMS) is responsible for the disposal of its own clinical waste which should be done at the end of the event day.

당사는 점심 식사와 음료를 제공할 예정이며, 스텝룸(4홀 옆 2층)에서 오후 12시부터 이용 가능합니다

HYROX will provide 1 lunch meal per staff which will be available from 12pm in the volunteer room. Water will also be made available to staff on site.

주차권이 필요하신 경우 김희우 담당자에게 말씀해 주세요. 단, 제한된 수량의 주차권을 제공하기 때문에 모든 주차권이 소진 시 지급이 어려울 수 있습니다(종일권 10,000원).

Should you require parking please contact Heewoo to secure your spot. It will be on a first come first served basis as we have limited spots.

If all the spaces are taken you can also  park for 10,000 KRW for a full day
